Who am I?

Hi, I’m Tim—better known as "Mag" in the sports world, which is how The Mag Fitness was born.

 

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, I’m a personal trainer with a passion for helping athletes across all sports unlock their full potential.

Over the years, I’ve pushed the limits in a variety of disciplines, achieving exceptional results without competing professionally. For me, this isn’t a limitation but proof of what’s possible with the right mindset, training, and dedication. My mission is to turn athletes into better versions of themselves—not just improving their performance in their sport but transforming them into all-around great athletes.

While I welcome day-to-day individuals seeking to enhance their fitness, my focus is on athletes striving to reach the next level. I excel in building personal, one-on-one connections, tailoring programs to the unique needs of each client. With multiple training locations around Zurich, I’m committed to creating an environment where growth and excellence thrive.

Right now, my personal journey involves recovering from an injury, but this has only fueled my dedication to helping others thrive. I believe in resilience, and I’m here to guide you to yours. My mission is to help athletes become the best version of themselves—not just improving their performance in their sport but transforming them into well-rounded, high-performing athletes. I believe in a holistic approach to training that builds strength, agility, and resilience, preparing athletes for success both on and off the field.With a focus on personalized coaching, both one-on-one and group sessions, I am committed to guiding each individual toward their full potential, whether they’re just starting out, reaching the next level, or working toward professional success. My goal is to help athletes unlock their true power, no matter their background or sport.
